Speaker Biography Scott Cooper is the founder of Tower 23 IT and for 25+ years, Tower 23 IT has provided managed IT, cybersecurity, and cyber-compliance services to over one hundred organizations in the medical, financial, legal, manufacturing and engineering industries. Their proven processes utilizing over 300 IT best practices and aligning with cyber-compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, NIST, CMMC, GLBA, help their clients, maximize productivity, reduce risk, and meet regulatory mandates. Scott has both Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona with an emphasis on the business implications of IT. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arizona as well. | |
