Michael Kelly is an attorney at the law firm of Ajalat, Polley, Ayoob, Matarese & Broege where he specializes in California State & Local Tax matters. Michael received his undergraduate degree from UCLA and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in 2016. Michael is an experienced litigator with a passion for helping others. Michael is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and California Lawyers Association, Taxation Section. Michael has spoken at various events, including for the Beverly Hills Bar Association, South Bay Bar Association, Pasadena Bar Association, CalCPA, CalTax, Provisors, numerous Estate Planning Councils, and the California Forum of Wealth Counsel. Michael co-authored articles for First American Trust and Valley Lawyer Magazine and has helped numerous clients navigate complex property tax issues throughout the state.
