Teresa has been advising clients at Blankinship & Foster for over 15 years. As Director of Financial Planning, Teresa brings a deep knowledge of financial planning to the firm. She enjoys guiding the growth and development of Blankinship & Foster through her role on the firm’s leadership team. Teresa developed the Wise Women luncheons for Blankinship & Foster which aims to educate women on financial issues in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

Monica Ma,

CFA, CFP®, CSA® Advisor and Chief Investment Officer, Blankinship & Foster

Monica has helped clients with their financial affairs for over 16 years. She joined Blankinship & Foster in 2008 and is part of the firm’s leadership team. In her role as Chief Investment Officer, Monica leads the research and implementation of the firm’s investment philosophy.
