Mezzullo is a Consulting Partner in Withers Bergman LLP, practicing principally in California in the areas of taxation, estate and business planning, and employee benefit planning.  He received his J.D. from the University of Richmond Law School, and a B.A. and M.A. from the University of Maryland.  He is a member of the California State Bar, Virginia State Bar and American Bar Associations.
