Jeff is an expert in property tax law, having spent the last 31 years working in the Assessor’s office. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and an Advanced Appraiser Certificate from the California State Board of Equalization. At this meeting Jeff will be discussing property tax law as it applies to estate planning, programs that can save your clients property tax dollars, and two November 3rd ballot measures that could drastically change these programs going forward. \n \n \n \nJohn Reynard \n \nPartner | Driscol; Amderson Reynard LLP \n \nJohn is a partner with Driscoll Anderson Reynard LLP and brings an extensive background in tax, business, real estate and trust experience. He is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by The State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization.
