She has experience in representing privately held companies of all sizes as well as publicly-traded companies in the merger and acquisition of other entities and assets in addition to corporate formation; drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements and leases; representing issuers and investors in transactions involving raising of capital; advising corporate clients with respect to all aspects of government contracts and special certifications; representing buyers and sellers in real property transactions; assisting clients with Securities Exchange Act compliance and public company reporting; advising clients with respect to corporate governance matters as well as general business counseling. In addition, Ms. Estigarribia has also worked on cross-border transactions specifically with Latin American and South American entities.\n \nMs. Estigarribia is a graduate of the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business and the University of Michigan Law School. She is fluent in speaking, reading and writing Spanish.\n \nTanya Scott is a CPA with Hutchinson & Bloodgood LLP.  She acquired the business acumen necessary to help her clients succeed.  She is a passionate and enthusiastic individual and provides innovative and valuable solutions for the unique tax and accounting issues faced by business owners of mid-market companies.  Tanya uses her creativity and expertise to strategically help clients with business growth strategies, tax planning, owner transition planning, and business value maximization. Tanya attended Utah State University and has been with Hutchinson & Bloodgood LLP since 2001 and became a partner in 2006.\n \n \n \nPaul Zimmer is a CPA, Certified in Financial Forensics, and a Principal of the Brinig Taylor and Zimmer. As a  Senior Financial Analyst, he specializes in business valuation, litigation support and damages analysis. Mr. Zimmer has also qualified as an expert witness in the San Diego Superior Court and arbitration. His professional experience includes employment as a Management Consultant with KPMG Peat Marwick in Washington, D.C. and eight years of military active duty as a Naval Officer.
