The panelists will address the goals of legacy planning, discuss family dynamics and intergenerational communication, and provide steps as to how we as professionals can further incorporate this concept as part of our practice. By exploring and implementing this concept with clients, some of the potential positives you can experience are better overall client relationships as the clients see the value and dimension you can add, as well as a better quality of communication and more detailed information regarding the clients' objectives and goals. Client retention naturally increases as you incorporate additional family members, collaborate with their team of professionals, and implement your clients' values and goals. The panelists will be presenting the “why’s” of The Family Conversation, and will follow up with a set of “how‐to’s” and some practical take‐away’s that will provide a new skill set or enhance what you are already doing as you work with clients and further differentiate yourself while providing the best end result overall for your client.\n \n \n \nPanel Speaker Candise Holmlund: \n \nCandise Holmlund is a Chartered Financial AnalystB1, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professionalA, and a Trust and Estate PractitionerC bringing over 30 years of experience in the financial markets to Weatherly.
