Lindsley \n \nAttorney Philip P. Lindsley is a widely recognized elder, special needs, and disability law attorney,\n and one of only two Certified Elder Law Attorneys (CELA) in San Diego County. This specialization\n is accredited by the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California. Mr. Lindsley is also a\n State Bar of California Certified Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, and an\n Accredited Veterans Administration Attorney. He has been rated AV "Preeminent" by Martindale\n Hubble and a "SuperLawyer," both based on peer reviews. His practice is limited to Medi-Cal, VA\n and asset protection planning; health care advocacy; special needs planning; trust and estate\n planning; conservatorships and disability planning, and; probate and estate administration. He is\n licensed to practice in California, and was honored in 1989 by election to the Bar of the Supreme\n Court of the United States of America.\n Phil Lindsley is a native San Diegan, and has been practicing law in San Diego County for over 35\n years. Phil is a former Adjunct Professor of Law at the University of\n San Diego School of Law, having taught primarily in the areas of Conservatorship and Mental Health\n Law.
