Mr. Eakes’s practice involves the representation of clients in tax compliance and planning services including estate planning, estate and trust administration.\n \nMr. Eakes received his accounting degree from San Diego State University in 1982 and his CPA license in 1986. Mr. Eakes is a member of Vistage International and the FBI Citizens Academy.  In his spare time, he is an avid runner with 13 marathons to date. He also likes to restore vintage watches. \n \nPhil Sullivan, Estate Planning \n \nPhilip J. Sullivan is a partner at  Sullivan, McGibbons & Associates LLP.  Mr. Sullivan’s practice involves the representation of clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, probate, estate and gift tax audits, and charitable planning.\n \nMr. Sullivan received his law degree from Villanova University Law School in 1988, and his Master in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1995.   Mr. Sullivan is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel  and is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Law with the California Bar.  \n \n  \n \nDinner:\n \nDinner is always served at our meetings.
